Creating the perfect look for your event can be overwhelming and exhausting, but the Henry Clay has an award winning, nationally recognized, and fully accredited design team that will make decorating your event easier than you ever imagined. With years of experience and lead by Henry Clay Events' parent company Fleur de Lis Events & Design, our design team can take your ideas and develop creative concepts to polish, enhance, or completely transform the event spaces.
Our design team specialize in full floral and event design services. Whether you need linens and lighting, or personal flowers and grand centerpieces, Henry Clay Events has a diverse range of decor and rental items to simply elevate or completely transform any event space with your event style. Each proposal is artfully designed with your requested colors and style/theme to achieve the overall desired look.
Below you will find a list of commonly requested items along with starting cost and inspiration pictures. This will allow you to develop a starting budget and list of items you may need. While this is a starting list, more items are available as not everything is listed, so just let us know if there is something you would like.
The best part of us providing the decor is there is no additional set up, break down, or service charges added to the decor. This will allow your budget to stretch further so that we can provide more options and create the event you have always desired. Plus, you will not have to set items up nor are you required to take them with you at the end of the event.

FLORALS
WOW! Arrangement
Starting at $350 per arrangement. This arrangement may be an explosion of florals in a jaw-dropping statement. Characteristics of this centerpiece could include: height of at least 40", fresh florals, non-floral elements such as feathers, crystals, pearls, and candles, and other elements that personalize this arrangement to your style. This arrangement is great for entrance pieces, ceremony decor, buffet tables, head table, and guest tables.
Large Centerpiece
Starting at $175 per arrangement. Characteristics of this centerpiece could include: height of at least least 30" tall, collection of florals and foliages elevated on a container or stand, and accented with other elements that fit the style and theme of your event. This centerpiece is great for altar arrangements, guest tables, and buffets. This type of centerpiece is recommended for twenty percent of the guests tables and for the head table.
Medium Centerpiece
Starting at $75 per arrangement. Characteristics of this centerpiece may include: a height of at least 24" tall, the use of floral or non-floral elements (i.e. collection of candles, crystal candelabras, elevated crystal covered spheres) This centerpiece is great for guest tables especially when mixed with other sized centerpieces. This type of centerpiece is recommended for thirty percent of the guests tables
Small Centerpiece
Starting at $50 per arrangement. Characteristics of this centerpiece include a height under 12", low floral arrangement, or a small collection of elements such as candles. This centerpiece may also be accented with other elements to enhance the overall design and integrate with the events theme and colors. This centerpiece is great for guest tables, bistro tables, and standing cocktail tables. This type of centerpiece is recommended for fifty percent of the guests tables.
Cake Enhancements
Starting at $35.
Whether your cake needs a little pop of color or be surrounded by a lush floral meadow, this option will provide fresh florals to enhance the wedding cake. This may include just a few blooms for a topper, clusters around the cake, or even a full cascade of flowers.
Altar Decor
Starting at $100.
From arch to floral columns, the altar deserves to be the focal point of every ceremony. The options here are plentiful so no matter the style, from simple the grand, a statement can be made.
Bouquets
Starting at $75 each.
Bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, mother’s bouquet, and flower girl bouquets are all custom designed using fresh florals in the colors, theme, and style of the wedding. Bouquet may be a hand-tied, cascading, crescent style, teardrop, or pendant style and typically finished with a ribbon wrap on the handle, if needed, and will presented in a glass vase for you to keep. The cost of this item will be determined by the style of the bouquet, flowers, colors, seasonality, and availability of the floral elements chosen.
Boutonnieres
Starting at $18 each.
These typically floral accents for males are the perfect accoutrements to complete the wedding day attire. Boutonnières are typically designed to match the bouquets of the female attendants and can be created in a traditional petit cluster or a modern pocket square manner.
Corsages
Starting at $35 each.
To honor female relatives or attendants, corsages are typically worn either on the wrist or pinned on to the lapel to elevate a formal outfit without the hassle of carrying a bouquet. Corsages are typically created in manner to match the other floral stylings of the events and provide the perfect floral accessory.
DECOR
Table Linens
Starting at $22 per table.
Premium table linens provide the perfect foundation for your tabletop design. Choose from a curated selection of fabrics including luxury velvet, crisp linen, or shimmering sequins in a palette customized to your event colors. Our design team will coordinate the steaming and full setup of linens at the Henry Clay.
Uplighting
Starting at $400 packages.
Transform the atmosphere of our historic ballroom with professional LED uplighting. Strategic placement highlights the architectural details of the Henry Clay while casting a customizable glow that accents your event's color scheme. Lighting is the key to creating a truly immersive and atmospheric celebration.
Candle Decor
Starting at $15 per collection.
Add a warm, romantic glow to your event with various candle design elements. From floating candles in glass cylinders to clusters of varying height pillars and elegant tapers in metallic holders, candle decor safely adds intimacy and charm to guest tables and ceremony aisles.
