The Grand Ballroom

Equipment
Standard event rentals include five hours of event time, plus three hours before for setup and one hour after for breakdown. You can add the All‑Day Upgrade for an additional cost, which provides access from 10:00 AM to midnight on your event date.
A 50% first payment is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. All cost are subject to Kentucky state sales tax of 6%.
All rentals include tables, chairs, and basic linens for round tables. Custom floor plans give your maximum flexibility, and all included equipment is set up before you arrive.
