The Grand Ballroom

The Beaux Arts Ballroom
Discover the ethereal beauty of the 4th floor. This space is defined by its breathtaking stained-glass windows and sophisticated woodwork. Perfect for ceremonies or sophisticated receptions, the Beaux Arts Ballroom captures the spirit of architectural splendor in every detail.
The Gramercy
Elevate your event in our most stunning ballroom setting. The Gramercy combines classical detailing of 1920s architecture with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and modern, crystal chandeliers. It is the perfect venue for bespoke receptions and tailored celebrations that demand a unique touch of grace. The Gramercy is located next door to the Henry Clay building providing exclusive access to the event spaces with only one event at a time.
A refined space for intimate gatherings and cocktail receptions. This space is included with the Henry Clay 2nd Floor Rental. This space is most commonly used for cocktail hours and dinner service, but can be used for a serrate ceremony space from the Grand Ballroom.
South Room
Intimate, open-air Courtyard for small parties and pictures. This space is included in rental of the Henry Clay 4th Floor.

Beyond the ballrooms, discover the intimate and versatile spaces designed for every unique celebration or gathering.
A sophisticated lounge for socializing and elegant entertainment. The Billiards Room is included with the Henry Clay 4th Floor Rental. This space is perfect for ceremonies up to 150 guests.
Billiards Room
A private sanctuary for your pre-wedding preparations and rest. The 2nd and 4th Floor rentals include at least one lounge space with the 4th Floor having additional salons avalible for additional Lounge Areas. The Gramercy include two separate and distinct Lounge Areas.
Lounge Areas
A cozy, authentic space for pre-dinner drinks and casual conversation, the Tavern Room is adjacent to the Billiards Room and is included in the rental of the Henry Clay 4th Floor.
Tavern Room
The Gramercy will boost a separate space located on the first floor, under the ballroom, as a distinctive area of either ceremonies or cocktail hours. The Gramercy will be able to host a ceremony and reception for 300 guests. Images of this area will be added soon.

Standard event rentals include five hours of event time, plus three hours before for setup and one hour after for breakdown. You can add the All‑Day Upgrade for an additional $500 cost, which provides access from 10:00 AM to 1:00AM on your event date.
A 50% first payment is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. All cost are subject to Kentucky state sales tax of 6%.
All rentals include tables, either wooden chiavari or diamond-back chairs depending on the chosen space, and basic linens for round tables. Custom floor plans give your maximum flexibility, and all included equipment is set up before you arrive.
